Any person affected by this decision may appeal to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Town of Falher, Box 155 Falher, AB  T0H 1M0.

Such an appeal to the Secretary of the Development Appeal Board shall be submitted on the prescribed form (Form D – Development Appeal Application) and shall include the fee for submitting an appeal.  Such an appeal shall be in writing and delivered personally or by registered mail within 21 days of the date of decision. A copy of the letter shall also be sent to the development officer.
