Under provisions of the Municipal Government Act, the Town of Falher will offer for sale, by public auction, in the Town Administration Building, Falher, Alberta on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. the following lands and that the minimum bids be established as follows:

Certificate of Title: 0016784514

1. The parcel will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid, and to the reservations and conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.

2. The parcel will be sold on a cash or certified cheque only.

3. Parcel will be sold “as is” and the buyer will be responsible for any remedial action that may be required under the Environmental Protection Act or any Statute of the Province of Alberta.

4. Any buildings, mobile homes or structures remaining on the parcel on the date of sale will form part of the sale.

5. The Town of Falher may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of land not sold at the public auction.

6. Redemption may be affected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time prior to the sale.
