NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LAND-USE BYLAW AMENDMENT NO. 14-05

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Falher will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 20-14 for an amendment to Land Use Bylaw No. 14-05. The proposed amendment is to correct identified mapping errors in Schedule B of the Land Use Bylaw, being the Land Use District Map, by redistricting:

1. Lot 13, Block 3, Plan 0821970 from Low Density Residential District (R2) to High Density Residential District (R3);

2.Lot 14, Block 1, Plan 97HW from Low Density Residential District (R2) to High Density Residential District (R3);

3. Lot 13, Block 3, Plan 5556CC from High Density Residential District (R3) to Low Density Residential District (R2).

 

The Public Hearing is to be held at 7:00 p.m., August 10th, 2020 in the Council Chambers of the Town of Falher Office, Falher, Alberta. The proposed Bylaw may be viewed at the Town Office during regular office hours. Please submit written submissions to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) prior to 3:00 p.m. August 5th , 2020.
