Notice of Public Hearing Proposed Land-Usebylaw Amendment No 14-05

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Falher will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 20-21 for an amendment to Land Use Bylaw No. 14-05. The proposed amendment is to redistrict lands as follows:

1. Lot 7|8, Block 4, Plan 5556CC from Low Density Residential District (R2) to General Commercial District (C1);

2. Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 0623111 from Light Industrial District (M1) to Low Density Residential District (R2).
The Public Hearing is to be held at 7:00 p.m., November 9th, 2020 in the Council Chambers of the Town of Falher Office, Falher, Alberta. The proposed Bylaw may be viewed at the Town Office during regular office hours. Please submit written submissions to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) prior to 3:00 p.m. November 4th , 2020.
