Étapes pour présenter une délégation
A person wishing to make a presentation to Council shall submit a written request to the town office explaining the issue that is to be addressed. The written request must be signed and include the address of the writer.
The written request must arrive by at least 1:00 p.m. three business days before the scheduled meeting at which it is to be presented.
Delegations will be allowed fifteen (15) minutes for presentation and discussion. At the Mayor’s discretion, an extension may be given to this time limit.
Delegations shall speak only on the matters which they have submitted to Council and which have been included on the agenda.
