Road Construction

 

Road Construction will be starting soon. Scheduled start date is August 20^th, 2025, running through September 30^th, weather permitting.

The affected Roadways are;

1^st Ave SE, from Main Street to 1^st Street SE

3^rd Ave SW, from 2^nd Street SW (Cemetery Road) to 1^st Street SW

4^th Ave SE, West of 2^nd Street SE

 

These roadways will be closed during their respective construction, and no access will be available. Business owner’s and Residents will have to access properties from the alleyways and Garbage Cans and recycling will have to be placed in the alley for collection during road closures.

Another area of construction during this project will the Heritage School School Yard, to the East of the Sports courts. Construction Fencing will be up in the area during landscape work. This work is to improve drainage from the new “Chateau Beausejour” North through the school yard.

There will be no access to the newly constructed parking area for “Chateau Beausejour” during construction of 4^th Ave SE or the parking for the separate apartments.
