Regional Services Open House/Information Session

This is a public engagement event to inform the public about potential service level changes based on current financial realities in the region. A venue for the public to ask questions about these possible changes, posing the questions directly to the public servants and elected officials overseeing the services.

With possible changes to both the funding models and municipal participation in these services, it is important that the residents of our region understand potential service changes that may be in store for January 1, and beyond.
This Open House/Information Session style event provides a single venue for attendees to ask questions of the service managers from the various groups about what this means for them directly. “A one stop shop” to hear information directly from the source(s).
While there will be no formal presentations or speeches, there will be information stations around the venue to interact with each service or municipality in attendance.
