NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LAND-USE BYLAW AMENDMENT NO. 24-04
TOWN OF FALHER
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Falher will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 25-09 for an amendment to Land Use Bylaw No. 24-04. The proposed amendment is to:
- Redistrict lands legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 5291RS from Community District (COM) to High Density Residential District (R-2), to support the adaptive re-use of an existing residential development.
The proposed Bylaw may be viewed in full at the Town Office during regular office hours or online here
The Public Hearing is to be held at 7:00p.m., February 11, 2026 in the Council Chambers of the Town of Falher Office, Falher, Alberta, or via Electronic Means via Microsoft Teams.
Individuals are asked to provide their contact information to be used in the event that they are disconnected from the Public Hearing and to identify them in the hearing proceedings. The Town will make a reasonable attempt to re-connect with any preregistered speaker in the event that they are disconnected but reserves the right to proceed with the Public Hearing at their discretion.
