Peace Regional Subdivision and Appeals Board
Are you interested in making a difference in your community and the Peace Region?
The Peace Regional Subdivision & Development Appeal Board (PRSDAB) is looking for community-minded individuals to serve as Members at Large.
Board members help review and hear appeals related to subdivision and development permits, as well as stop work orders, ensuring decisions are fair, objective and based on the evidence presented.
What we’re looking for:
- Fair-minded, impartial individuals;
- An interest in local government and community planning;
- The ability to review information and make informed decisions;
- Availability to attend hearings when required; and
- Willingness to complete required online training.
No previous municipal or planning experience is necessary! Members serve a three-year renewable term, receive remuneration for attending hearings, and required training costs are covered by the member municipality.
